Return Policy
Products may not be returned without a Return Authorization Number, which must be obtained within 30 days of the product being received at your location. No credit can be given without this number.
We take full responsibility for defective products, but cannot accept responsibility for product damaged in shipping, or by other means outside of our control. All shipments must be carefully inspected before signing the freight bill.
Concealed damage is the responsibility of the customer, and must be reported to the carrier within 15 days.
