1. What are the differences between P12 and P16?

P12 and P16 are the pixel pitch of the LED screen. It is indicated as the distance between LED. P12 is 12mm or .47 inches and P16 is 16mm or.63 inches. The shorter the distance the better the resolution of the screen and viewing distance.

2. What is virtual pixel and real pixel?

Real pixel has an LED of 1 Red, 1 Green, and 1 Blue in a pixel. Virtual pixes uses software algorithms to control the LED of each color to participate in the final number of adjacent pixels of the image, making the lamp with less LED achieve GREATER RESOLUTION.
The LED chip for the display, is one of the largest expenses incurred with an LED sign. Our goal is to provide the best brightness factor using virtual technology that will minimize the chip usage. This technology allows the control system to coordinate with the driver chips, using the software algorithms and driver chips to combine response times – SAVING THE LED COST, WHILE STILL PROVIDING THE MAXIMUM BRIGHTNESS!

3. Can we customize the sign size or are we limited to the listed sizes?

YES, YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE THE SIGN SIZE! Just call us via our toll-free number, or email us at sales@advancemediaonline.com with your size request. Please note, the quote may not be the EXACT size, as different modules require different fix sizes.

4. Can we customize the size of the metal structure and what are the sizes and weight?

YES, YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE THE STRUCTURE! The size of the structure for the LED signs is generally 4-6 inches bigger on each of the listed sizes. Approximate weight is 400-600 lbs.

5. Is the installation included in the package?

Installation is NOT included in the package, however we will provide you structural design on the installation as well as provide a vendor in your area to assist if necessary.

6. Is there software required for the display?

Yes, there is a bundled software program that you will install to your computer. Training will be provided on how to create a file compatible with the control system when loaded. After saved, it is copied to a USB that is inserted to the control system of the LED display. Another feature is the LAN, where you are provided the IP address of the control system that will match your IP address so you can connect.

7. Is there a user manual or technical support?

A user manual is provided along with the LED display module. Additionally, there is FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT via the internet for maintenance and troubleshooting issues. Further assistance will be at buyer expense.

8. Does the LED display screen have a warranty?

Absolutely! A two year warranty is provided. In addition, selected spare parts will be provided.

9. How is the LED display shipped and how many pieces should we expect?

The LED display is shipped in a secure wooden case containing roughly 3-4 boxes (depending on size selected, etc.)

10. What is the LEAD time upon ordering the LED display?

Lead time is approximately 45 days upon receipt of downpayment.
